What renderer are you using? If you are using D3D try OpenGL instead, and vice versa. Either way make sure you have the newest UT drivers for both D3D9 and UTGLR from here:

A LOT of the wH weapons deal over 100 health damage, meaning instant kill, so it's often 100 (freshly spawned). Rarely, a player gets hit by a big thing, like an SLV, which deals a lot over 100 damage (SLV is like 400 or something, lol). If you catch it at the right time, you can see like -259 or ...

Alright, I've uploaded a fresh copy, let me know if there are any further issues.

Yeah... a lot of those files (like IpDrv.u) are linux server only. I guess I didn't expect anyone to do a copy/replace into their System folder, lol
