Can't connect to WH or other sites

Hey Guys,

I am away on a trip with a new laptop. I run UT and try to connect to WH. It tries to connect but cannot. I then try to query for other game sites, just to see if it's a WH problem. I find that the master query times out looking for other capture flag severs.

I have network->LAN on the UT set. I can get to the WH home page with my browser and to any other web sites. I just can't connect to the game servers. Am I missing something?

Windows Firewall probably.

Thanks for the reply. Still can't connect. I suspect that it is a firewall issue. Can't seem to fix it no matter what I try. Damm Norton....

Anyways, to answer this, I have to borrow some material:

1. Cost of 5 star hotel per night on beach to enjoy with lovely GF = $500 (I don't have to pay her)
2. Cost of Mai Tais on beach = $11.50 (yeah, they screw you)
3. Cost of wireless connectivity so you can play UT/WH at beach = $9.99
4. Listening to Moxley bitch when you head shot his ass = PRICELESS

win 7 np...wit a 64 bit ins (x86) not in narive bur gd enough to play on WH.....

Thanks Matt but it's a problem with my UT trying to connect to the WH server, not a browser issue.

It turns out that Moxley was right. It's a firewall issue. If I drop the firewall, I can connect. Adding a rule has no effect. I'll talk to Norton about this when I get a chance. I guess I'll have to wait till I get home to crash some jets.
